Looking to step up your game? Interested in the "short high intensity interval training" you've been hearing so much about? Would love to train outside but hoping to avoid having to run over uneven terrain? Then come and check out a Green Grass Fitness bootcamp. Our bootcamps focus on the HIIT model and we make it our mission to make classes fresh and challenging while also making sure all fitness levels get served. We are lucky enough to be able to train on the newly renovated Framingham State University Athletic Field. Those high intensity exercises will be conveniently padded by the recently laid new turf offering up great support to your muscles and joints.

Location: Framingham State University Athletic Field off of Maple Street. Look for the white mailbox off Maple Street that has 220 on it- turn down that road and field is right there.

Sometimes what you need to get you over an exercise plateau or out of a rut is a little extra attention. Green Grass Fitness loves to provide personal training to help you do just that! We can come to you, whether it be at your house or your favorite park (fair warning..we will try to get you outside if we can!). We'll help you figure out what is holding you back from achieving your goals and how we can assist in getting you to where you want to be. 6 classes per 4 week session= $87.00
